Nattokinase is a byproduct of fermenting the Natto and has been used for centuries by Jthe Japanese to promote a healthy heart and brain. It shows potential ability to lower blood pressure, lower cholestrol and reduce amaloid plaque formation in the brain. It may prevent and speed up stroke/recovery and is neuroprotective. Animal studies indicate it has the ability to build new neurons. Proteolytic enzymes also aid the digestion of proteins, may reduce symptoms of IBS and gut inflammatory conditions. Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects shows promising data in reducing pain from arthritis, muscle stiffness, inflammation, autoimmune conditions and speed up recovery after surgery or exercise.
DOSAGE ADULTS:
Take 1 to 2 capsules, 1 to 2 times daily in
between meals as a systemic Proteolytic, or 1
to 2 capsules with a protein containing meal
to aid digestion
