Trimagnesium Citrate has a high bioavailability. It is involved in more than 350 enzymatic processes in the body and is an essential mineral in the body. Aids in: energy production, optimal muscle function, neuro protection, blood pressure & heart health, blood glucose levels, maintenance of strong bones and teeth, anxiety & insomnia, may help to relieve constipation, activates Vit D - Vit B5 and glutathion, better pain threshold & reduces inflammation.
Dosage Adults:
Start with 1 tablet in the morning. May be increased to 2 tablets per day.
Dosage Children:
Over the age of 12 years, 1 Tablet taken in the morning.
