This unique blend of both water and fat soluble Vitamin B1 ia well absorbed. Up to 70% of the worlds population may be B1 deficient. Thiamine/Benfotiamine plays an important role in inhibiting glycation and oxidation which may be harmful to the vascular and neurological systems.  B1 may enhance healing to promote healthy eyes, arteries, kidneys, nerves and brain function. 

This powerful combination promotes mithocondrial ATP formation (increased energy) and may improve insulin resistance. B1 thus promotes healthy cell function and  rescue cells from damage of oxidation from day to day living and chronic disease.
May help with ADHD, calming of the brain and peripheral neuropathy.  Has a very powerful anti-inflammatory effect on the body.

Dosage Adults:Start with 1 x capsule in the day.
May be increased to 2 x capsules per day.
